If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics then you will earn another $100/Day Training is “shadow” training meaning that you will run your truck and your trainer will run their truck, so you do not share a cab and aren’t double bunking. Drivers are paid $125/Day and a $1000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their truck (all trucks are 579 Petes with automatic) and there is no slip seating Full benefits start after 60 days and are among the best in the industry with one week vacation in your first 52 weeks, great medical and 401K with matching Driver will run dedicated regional or local accounts and MUST be willing to run in all 48 states. Drivers are not allowed to opt out of any region When it is time to go home for your 7-day break, the company will pay for your flight home and flight back. Nobody will operate your truck while you are home. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive home. Drivers are out 21 and home a max of 7 days. Drivers can stay home less than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21 but the max home time per stay is 7 days unless the driver takes allotted vacation. If you are not willing to fly then we will not be able to bring you on. If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire. If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of the fact if you have completed SAP) you are not eligible. Requirements Must have at least one-year OTR or Regional driving in the last three years.
