Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in preparation of technical proposals and contracts. Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget. Assist with client project scoping and contract negotiations. Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production. Implement firm’s project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach. Lead development and execution of project management plan. Supervise and mentor team to achieve project objectives. Coordinate with managers on project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and succession. Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to conduct business development and pursue strategic projects. Prepare proposal and presentation materials; lead interview presentations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 8 years of relevant experience. 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience. Project Manager experience in power and communications infrastructure design (street lighting, traffic signals, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience working closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. Compensation Approximate pay range for New York: $126,950.84 - $248,205.18.
