- State-of-the-art facilities and equipment
- Well-rounded diagnostic skills that include light I/R and mammo
- Weekday call is 1:15 and taken from home
- Weekend call is 1:7 and taken from home
- Paid malpractice
- CME allowance
- Relocation allowance
- Health insurance
- 401(k) + profit-sharing
- Up to 2 years to partner with a buy-in
- 10 weeks of vacation to start
- 14 weeks of vacation as partner
- Up to $425k to start
- Partner salary approximately $600k
