This is a Part Time with benefits (48 hrs/pay period), 12-hour shifts RN opportunity, working Night Shift Float Pool between our Mercy Hospitals (San Diego and Chula Vista). No call is required, some weekend shifts The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista provides essential nursing support to Stepdown. Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a Critical Care nurse, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes.
