Material Handler

Material HandlerAbout the Role:As a Material Handler, you will manually or by hand truck move materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places in the facility. You will follow computerized instructions and utilize bar code scanners to identify products and confirm task completion. This role includes loading and unloading of trucks and palletization of finished goods.What You'll Do:Manually load finished products on pallet or hand truck.Manually load and unload trucks.Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.Assignment could include re-tagging, re-labeling, and re-boxing of finished goods.Assist with proper labeling of cases when needed.Disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard strapping, and places in proper containers or designated areas.Other material handling duties and/or general housekeeping as required.Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.What You'll Bring:High School Diploma or GED.Basic literacy and math skills.Good depth perception and vision.The ability to work in a constant state of alertness.Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) technology.Capability to lift cartons up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift.Being able to withstand temperatures ranging from 50-55 degrees (cold) to 90-100 degrees (heat).Ability to determine the next task with the assistance of a computer.Willingness to assist fellow associates when tasks are complete.Your Wellbeing is Our PriorityAt PVH, we offer competitive, cost-effective, and comprehensive benefit packages.
