Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that address their unique mental health needs.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, adapting techniques to best fit the diverse backgrounds and challenges of clients.

  • Implement tailored therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse clientele, including individuals with limited access to mental health care, communities dealing with various mental health issues, and families in crisis. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is required.

  • At least two years of counseling experience is essential, ideally in a clinical setting, where you have honed your ability to address complex mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
