The Manager of Site Implementation plays a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of Clarest Health's pharmacy operations. Reporting to the Vice President of National Pharmacy Operations, this position is responsible for coordinating the planning, development, regulatory readiness, and successful launch of new long-term care pharmacies, mail-order pharmacies, and facility relocations or remodels across the organization. As a key project leader and cross-functional partner, the Manager of Site Implementation works closely with pharmacy operations, facilities teams, architects, contractors, technology vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. The role supports the full pharmacy development lifecycle, from site evaluation and construction coordination to operational readiness and go-live execution. We are growing and that means more opportunities Key Responsibilities: Growth & Expansion Planning Support the planning and execution of new pharmacy openings, relocations, remodels, and expansion initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, implementation timelines, budgets, and status trackers. Assist with site assessments, feasibility reviews, and operational readiness evaluations. Coordinate activities related to pharmacy acquisitions, consolidations, and facility expansions. Partner with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and capital investment planning. Facility Design & Construction Coordinate pharmacy design, construction, and renovation projects from planning through completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Support the review of pharmacy layouts, workflows, automation placement, inventory storage, security systems, and operational design elements. Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables while identifying and addressing potential risks. Help ensure facilities are completed in accordance with approved plans, building codes, and operational requirements. Operational Readiness & Go-Live Support Coordinate cross-functional activities to support successful pharmacy launches and transitions. Assist with implementation of pharmacy technology, automation systems, and operational infrastructure. Track readiness of inventory, security, delivery operations, telecommunications, and workflow processes. Partner with operational leaders on staffing, onboarding, and launch preparation activities. Support final readiness assessments, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization efforts. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as a key liaison between pharmacy operations, compliance, facilities, finance, technology teams, contractors, and external partners. Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, challenges, and next steps. Drive accountability across project workstreams to support on-time and successful execution. Foster collaboration, communication, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. The ability to adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field required. 1-2 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, facility development, construction projects, pharmacy expansion initiatives, or other regulated healthcare environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other project management training/certification preferred. Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives preferred. Demonstrated ability to support the planning, construction, renovation, relocation, or operational launch of healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or other highly regulated facilities preferred Experience collaborating with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, regulatory agencies, and operational leadership teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Experience tracking project schedules, budgets, milestones, and implementation activities. Long-term care pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, healthcare services, pharmacy distribution, or healthcare operations experience a plus. Skills + Abilities: Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to support complex growth, expansion, and implementation initiatives. Knowledge of construction project management and healthcare facility development, including project coordination from planning through operational launch. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives, competing deadlines, and cross-functional workstreams simultaneously. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively with leadership, operations teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders. Financial acumen with the ability to monitor project budgets, capital expenditures, vendor agreements, and implementation costs. Proven ability to identify project risks, develop solutions, and drive projects to successful completion. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced growth environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office applications, reporting systems, and implementation tracking methodologies. Ability to balance strategic objectives with day-to-day project execution while maintaining attention to detail and accountability. Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations within highly regulated environments preferred.
