What We’re Looking For:

• Active Virginia Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license preferred
• Demonstrated experience within special education classroom settings is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Enthusiasm for working with children from kindergarten through 12th grade

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students with diverse behavioral and learning needs, following teacher and specialist direction
• Reinforce individualized educational and behavioral plans under supervision
