REGISTERED NURSE

HealthONE is seeking an RN Surgical Telemetry nurse to deliver exceptional post-surgical care in a fast-paced telemetry unit. The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, manage complex post-op patients, administer medications and IV therapies, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
