Marketing Director

TYG is the partner of a leading, regional design studio that is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to join their high-performing team. The Marketing Director leads company wide marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, and business development support. This role translates firm priorities, market intelligence, and growth objectives into focused initiatives that strengthen the firm’s market presence, differentiate its expertise, and support long-term business growth. Key responsibilities: Lead the marketing strategy and develop plans aligned with business and growth priorities. Research markets, clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and positioning. Partner with leadership and business development on target markets, client development, capture strategies, and priority pursuits. Evaluate marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and industry involvement based on strategic value and ROI. Manage the marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of key initiatives. Direct RFQs, RFPs, proposals, qualifications packages, and interview preparation. Develop compelling content and positioning that communicate the firm’s expertise, experience, and value. Maintain proposal resources, project information, qualifications, and marketing collateral. Lead the firm’s brand across marketing materials, website, social media, and external communications. Direct company storytelling through project announcements, awards, thought leadership, campaigns, and digital content. Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging and visual identity across the firm. Represent the firm at relevant industry events and conferences. Serve as the firm’s marketing leader and strategic advisor to leadership and project teams. Set marketing priorities, manage workflow, and coordinate efforts across offices and disciplines. Build strong relationships with leadership, technical professionals, business development teams, consultants, and external partners. Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in AEC, landscape architecture, architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services #J-18808-Ljbffr
