Physical Therapist

8-hour days.

26-week commitment with guaranteed hours of 40 per week.

Active license required.

Experience in setting preferred.

Credentialing documentation required.

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Educate patients about their conditions and rehabilitation processes.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Parking information will be provided on the first day.
