The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
