General Dentist Opportunity

Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Glendale, AZ. Higly successful practice in the area has an opportunity for a motivated general dentist. Office hours are 4 days per week. This is a high-tech office that currently has 5 operatories. Age ranges are adult with mostly PPO and a small percent state ins. Compensation is excellent starting pay to help establish new dentist.

Responsibilities of the dentist include providing diagnosis of patient's dental status utilizing accepted clinical and radiological techniques. Assessing patient's dental status and arranging for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed. Providing comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients. Providing routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis and fluoride treatments. Referring to dental specialists when appropriate. Managing administrative functions of the dental office. Supervising the work of dental hygienists and dental assistants.

Requirements of the dentist include a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school, AZ license and DEA. Must be willing to live and be part of the community of Glendale, AZ. Competence in all facets of general dentistry with a strong focus on clinical excellence.
