Registered Nurse

A growing home health organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations out of its Lighthouse Point office. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional field visits throughout Broward County as needed. About the Role This position is ideal for a home health nurse who is comfortable in a structured environment, understands OASIS documentation, and can support both clinical oversight and patient care when required. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee patient care plans in a home health setting Complete and review OASIS assessments and documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations Collaborate with field clinicians, therapists, and care teams Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff Conduct occasional field visits for patient assessments and follow-ups Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Strong experience with OASIS documentation Experience with WellSky (preferred) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Falcon Recruitment
