Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train team members
• Maintain schedules to ensure all critical shifts are covered
• Ensure compliance with brand and food safety standards
• Achieve targets for sales, labor, and cogs
• Complete necessary paperwork and employee onboarding

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are covered
• Hands-on leadership approach
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team training
