Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and train team members
Maintain schedules to ensure all critical shifts are covered
Ensure compliance with brand and food safety standards
Achieve targets for sales, labor, and cogs
Complete necessary paperwork and employee onboarding

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are covered
Hands-on leadership approach
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team training
