Commerce Trust concentrates on serving individuals, families, business owners and institutions investment management needs through a combination of world class capabilities and resources, objective advice, customized solutions and unparalleled service.Essential FunctionsPartner with business line leaders to define, lead and influence the execution of Investments strategic business initiativesLead and influence strategic initiatives to ensure competitiveness of existing and evaluate new products, systems, and featuresIndependently create the vision and timeline for implementation of identified features and deliverablesCreate and confidently deliver the Investments roadmap vision and status to senior leadership and front office teamsMake recommendations to business line leadership in concert with the strategic directionLead vendor analysis efforts and provide input to product marketing plansIndependently lead the relationship with vendors and other technology partners in the execution of the strategic planPrepare business cases for new products and drive prioritization of initiativesPrimary decision-maker for all teams participating in execution effortsPrimary consultant in the creation of product training and transition of product support to the individuals responsible for the general day-to-day support of the productPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredAdvanced knowledge and understanding of product infrastructure and applicable legal and/or regulatory rulesAdvanced knowledge and experience of Product managementAdvanced knowledge and experience in Program managementExcellent relationship management skillsDemonstrated strong ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvementsDemonstrated strong ability to set goals, monitor and drive resultsDemonstrated strong ability to autonomously work and lead multiple priority projectsProven track record in building and leading projects of a wide variety of disciplines and backgroundsDemonstrated strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business decisionsMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detailInquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required5+ years product or program management or related experience required2+ years experience leading a cross-functional team required2+ years experience with financial products and systems preferredExperience in finance or investment management industry preferredThe disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $93,000 to $123,500 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for the following employment benefits: employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and paid personal time.
