Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You adapt to patient needs, collaborate with peers, and provide referrals as required while training patients and caregivers on independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.
