Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment is required.
Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions for adult and geriatric patients.
Client requirement: willingness to provide late-day coverage (closing shifts) as part of the weekly schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift schedule includes Monday and Wednesday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; two late days (7:00 PM closing) are required each week.
No call requirement.
Position is based in Chicago Heights, IL and may require floating to other nearby sites as needed.
