Legal Performance Manager

Salary: $48000-$58000Is this your perfect fit?You enjoy analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.You thrive in a role that combines relationship management, operational oversight, and accountability for results.You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by improving performance, processes, and client outcomes.Hybrid scheduleProfit sharing potentialIf that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:Produce and distribute performance reports while analyzing key operational metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned legal servicing partners, providing guidance and supporting strong working relationships.Analyze Key Performance Indicators including (but not limited to) Legal Scorecards, Garnishment Goals, Renewal Goals, Suit Goals, and other client-specific metrics.Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal data systems to identify performance trends, risks, and account-level opportunities.Translate data findings into actionable insights and communicate recommended adjustments to servicing partners.Ensure sustained accuracy and attention to detail across reporting cycles.Monitor partner performance against service standards and client expectations while identifying and addressing performance gaps.Conduct performance reviews, document action plans, and ensure follow-through on corrective measures and operational initiatives.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support client and operational objectives.Analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and risk mitigation efforts.Benefits offered:Health/Dental/VisionRetirementProfit SharingPTOType: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredAdvanced Excel proficiencyLegal collections, debt collection, financial services, or related industry experience is a plusExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationshipsWe know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
