Receptionist Position at Roxbury Treatment Center

Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring per diem/prn receptionists in our administration department. The receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls on a multi-line phone, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 40 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA, our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Qualifications Requirements: Must have effective oral, telephonic, and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have the ability to type 45 wpm with working knowledge of word processing and computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must possess good organizational and time management skills, must be a team player.
