Job Title: Solderer Assembler ($30-$50/hr)

Summary:

Hands-on role focused on soldering, electronic/mechanical assembly, and repairing complex units. You’ll build, troubleshoot, and support engineers to ensure high-quality electronic systems in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solder harnesses and PCBs (including cup soldering)
• Assemble electronic modules and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software boxes
• Work with engineers to diagnose and fix issues
• Support production tasks and prepare units for testing/shipment
• Adapt to changing priorities in a startup setting

Required Skills:

• Strong soldering and electronic assembly experience
• Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting ability
• Experience repairing electronic/mechanical systems
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications:

• Heat shrinking and general production experience
• Flexible, hands-on approach; willing to take on varied tasks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
