Responsibilities

• Handle all process related customer inquiries, internal and external,being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners
• Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer's approval
• Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap
• Work independently on loans, sales and exchanges
• Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur
• Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing
• Monitor customer orders, adhering to contracted rates and services
• Initiate, coordinate and track shipments in cooperation with LTL
• Work in and with various systems, such as SAP and ERP, etc.
• Work according to, and support the Quality Management System
• Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
• Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed
• All other duties as assigned or required
