Our client is an international leader in the cyber-security insurance industry. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in New York City . The position is hybrid – 3 days on-site & 2 remote. The firm offers excellent benefits and unique wellness perks! Responsibilities Lead the HR function for the New York branch of the company and report to the international Head of HR Act as an employee resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve issues as needed Oversee performance management and review process Provide support for company DEI initiatives and implement best practices Ensure total compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and statutes Salary: $150-180k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!
