Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Room Travel RN

• Provide exceptional care to patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Administer medications, including pressors and sedation, according to established protocols
• Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertions and IV starts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care effectively

Requirements of the Emergency Room Travel RN

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent ED experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Proficiency in trauma and stroke care, including TPA administration
