Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality patient care

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to infection control, medication administration, and patient safety

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient

• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

• This would be working floor supervisor position. You would be managing a cart as well.

Requirements:

• Current Ohio State Registered Nurse Licensure required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse/LPN , preferably in a skilled nursing setting

• Effective communication and leadership skills , with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work independently , with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
