LPN Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with wound care

• Deliver care according to individualized care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

RN Responsibilities

• • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• • Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families

• • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care

• • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• • Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Carolina

• Active RN license in the State of South Carolina

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
