Finance ProfessionalNaval Power is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our large DOD/FMS Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Non-Recurring Demand (NRD) Order, and PHD ORDALT Installation portfolio. This portfolio is composed of DOD/FMS contracts varying in size with the U.S. Navy as its primary customer. In this role, you will be responsible for financial operations, collaboration and relationship building with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn while being challenged. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.What You Will DoQuarterly development of estimate at completion (EACs)Deliver monthly contract deliverables (CDRLs)Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awardsSupport review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial PlanningSummarize contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisionsDevelop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance teamQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We PreferExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentA dedicated and positive attitude with the ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and continued process improvementsAdvanced Excel Skills.Negotiation support experience.DoD Industry experienceWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
