Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Tampa, FL. The role involves building relationships with clients and brokers, presenting and selling insurance products, and educating clients about available options to meet their needs. Identify new business opportunities Manage client relationships Ensure client satisfaction Exceed sales targets Collaborate with stakeholders to drive client engagement and organizational success Qualifications Strong skills in relationship‑building, client management, and customer service Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Sales and business development skills with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to educate and guide clients in understanding insurance products and benefits Understanding of employee benefits, healthcare plans, and insurance policies (preferred) Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
