RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable Specialist will efficiently match invoices with purchase orders The Accounts Payable Specialist will voucher and post invoices accurately and quickly Verify entity, company, GL-coding, and that invoices match prior to posting Assist with statement review, creating credits, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues Assist the team with GL coding and PO inquiries, as needed PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE Must have 2+ years’ experience with accounts payable Proficiency in working with computer software is essential Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred Join the team today as an Accounts Payable Specialist and contribute to the success of the organization while enhancing your professional growth.
