Gentiva Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice RN / RN Case Manager in Roswell, New Mexico to deliver personalized, meaningful care to patients facing life-limiting illness. As the primary contact for patients and families, you will provide essential nursing care, emotional support, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, 1+ years of experience in hospice or related fields, and strong communication skills.
