Lab Technician I - Column Packing

Job Overview The Lab Technician I – Column Packing is responsible for packing different solvents in column hardware in one of the primary packing labs. This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Operations Department located in Torrance, CA and will be an on‑site role. Responsibilities Proficiently pack different solvents in column hardware in one of the primary packing labs. Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes. Prepare packing solvents and slurry solvents according to written instructions. Essential Requirements High School diploma or GED. Analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and careful attention to tasks. Preferred Experience Experience working accurately with minimal errors or defects. Strong organizational skills, planning and resource assignment in a detailed fashion. Compensation Hourly range: $22 – $25. This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
