Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in the Philipsburg, PA area. This position seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality services within a diverse K-12 caseload. You'll divide your expertise across three buildings, tailoring interventions to individual student needs in both individual and group settings.

Your schedule includes delivering 55 half-hour treatment sessions per week (16 individual and 37 group), ensuring each student receives focused, evidence-based support. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain detailed documentation of progress. Flexibility is offered with consideration given to virtual providers (contingent upon an SLPA being hired onsite), making this an attractive option for both in-person and remote professionals.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required
• Valid SLP Certificate (CCC highly preferred)
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric speech-language services
• Comfort working across multiple school sites and grade levels
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Open to virtual service provision, provided an onsite SLPA is present

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students grades K-12
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with educational staff and families
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Travel between assigned buildings as needed
• Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
