Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Gallipolis, OH
Restaurant: Brothers Eatery

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + potential performance bonuses

About Us

Brothers Eatery is a  new restaurant and sports bar opening in Gallipolis, Ohio . Our goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming place where guests can enjoy great food, watch sports, and have a great time with friends and family.

We are looking for a  motivated and dependable Restaurant Manager who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and helping build a great atmosphere from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Help create a fun, welcoming sports bar atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
