We're seeking a BIM Modeler to support complex MEP systems on high-technology manufacturing and industrial projects. This role focuses on developing coordinated models, resolving clashes, and producing accurate design documentation across piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. We're seeking a BIM Modeler to support complex MEP systems on high-technology manufacturing and industrial projects. This role focuses on developing coordinated models, resolving clashes, and producing accurate design documentation across piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. It's a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems including piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts across disciplines
- Produce and update drawings and model-based deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure models align with project requirements
- Support coordination meetings and incorporate markups, redlines, and design changes
- 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP or industrial projects
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and collaboration
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience supporting high-tech manufacturing or industrial facility projects is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
