We are actively hiring a licensed School Occupational Therapist to provide therapy support for elementary-aged students in a collaborative educational environment. Job Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to elementary school students in grades K-5. Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skill development. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Recommend classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and intervention strategies. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) License required. Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
