$75,000 – $125,000 commission-based + ongoing revenue share

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process
• Guide clients through contracts, disclosures, and negotiations with confidence
• Communicate consistently and clearly with clients, vendors, and cooperating agents
• Keep all transactions organized and compliant from contract to close
• Deliver an excellent client experience that builds long-term relationships and referrals
• Maintain consistent lead generation and pipeline activity
• Stay current on local market trends, real estate law, and best practices

• Active Florida real estate license (Sales Associate or Broker)
• Established Agents Preferred
• Proven production history with a track record of closed transactions
• 1+ years of active production in real estate sales
• Established client base or consistent lead generation pipeline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and real estate/CRM software
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation
