McMenamins Hotel Oregon – Seasonal KAAM (Kitchen Assistant‑Assistant Manager) Location: McMenamins Hotel Oregon Work type: Part‑Time, On‑site Responsibilities Assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef/Manager. Perform opening and closing duties of the kitchen, including food prep and cleanup. Act as host, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service. Support seasonal outdoor work and indoor kitchen duties. Regulate labor and food costs, oversee side work, and conduct staff training. Address issues promptly and report them to the Chef/Head Manager and District Manager. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
