How We Support You

• Student Loan Reimbursement: $1,300 annually for the first three years, increasing to $1,500 per year after three full years.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit thorough clinical knowledge and maintain high performance in all patient/client interactions.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and billing and coding standards.
• Effectively communicate with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• Both experienced Physical Therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must successfully meet all pre-employment criteria.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $88K - $105K per year, inclusive of productivity incentives and a potential $10K sign-on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
