About the Role:

• As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and vital sign monitoring.

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their own homes

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
