Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22$24 per hour

Shift: 8AM-5PM M-F

Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

What's A Typical Day As Status Coordinator? You'll Be:

• Updating, editing, and clarifying status updates from servers to ensure all information is accurate and current.
• Monitoring and tracking key dates such as action dates, court dates, and unreviewed comments to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Communicating clear status updates to clients, recommending additional services as appropriate, and following up on pending jobs.
• Assisting with intake and training processes, leveraging prior experience in local, statewide, and nationwide Service Coordinator roles.
• Supporting various teams with day-to-day operational needs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining workflow efficiency.

• Bring experience in a customer service environment (required).
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
