Sprinter Van Driver

Location: Union, NJ
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift

A growing logistics and distribution company in Union, NJ is seeking a dependable Sprinter Van Driver to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in excellent customer service, and is comfortable assisting with loading and unloading deliveries when needed.

This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work with a well-established local company.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company Sprinter van to make scheduled deliveries throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.
Load, secure, transport, and unload products in a safe and efficient manner.
Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures as required.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and report any maintenance concerns.
Plan efficient delivery routes while meeting delivery schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
Provide exceptional customer service at each delivery location.
Assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, staging, and organizing shipments when deliveries are complete.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience driving a Sprinter van, cargo van, or similar commercial vehicle preferred.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to use GPS navigation and complete delivery documentation accurately.
Warehouse experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
