Remote Social Media Growth Strategist

EyeUniversal is a Digital Design Agency based out of Southern California. We're looking for an experienced, creative, and Remote Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. This is a remote and contract position. Must speak and write English at a C2 or native English level.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Growth Strategist to spearhead our social media journey from ground zero to 100,000 followers. This role isn't just about posting hashtags and sharing our blogs; it's about harnessing the power of social media trends, reverse engineering them, and crafting a unique strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives leads. Instagram, tiktok, etc.) profileDuties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media growth strategy tailored to Eyeuniversal LLC's objectives and target audience.Trend Analysis: Continuously research, identify, and analyze prevailing social media trends, adapting our strategy to leverage these trends for maximum exposure.Content Creation: Collaborate with our content team to create engaging, relevant, and trend-driven content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to convert social media engagement into actionable leads for Eyeuniversal LLC.Engagement & Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner.Performance Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.RequirementsProven experience in growing a social media account from scratch to a substantial follower count (personal accounts included).Demonstrable success in leveraging social media trends for brand growth and lead generation.Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A personal social media account with a substantial follower count is a strong plus.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practicesUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metricsExperience with doing audience, target market, and buyer persona researchGood understanding of social media KPIsFamiliarity with WordPress Blogging & RSS feedsExcellent multi-tasking skillsCritical thinker with problem-solving skillsTeam player who thinks outside the boxGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and written communication skills*Extra ConsiderationsWorking knowledge of internal cross-functional tools like Slack, AsanaWorking knowledge of programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Crello & HubspotReference Letters from past employers and a professional portfolio #J-18808-Ljbffr
