Automotive Receptionist (Part-Time)

Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg is seeking an energetic employee for the Part‑Time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. We look for a motivated, goal‑oriented individual who is professional, has integrity, loves people, and likes to get things done. Responsibilities Answer dealership group phones Greet and receive prospects and customers Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance Perform various other clerical duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to work weekday evenings 3 pm‑8 pm, Saturdays 9 am‑6 pm, and Sundays 12 pm‑5 pm Friendly, outgoing people person with excellent communication and customer service skills A professional appearance High School Diploma or higher A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license Must be authorized to work in the USA Must be able to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test Compensation $15.85 per hour – paid bi‑weekly Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
