Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative dutiesInteract with guests to ensure a positive guest experience Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to collaborate in a team environmentIntermediate computer skills Prior micros or other systems experience One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations Luxury hotel experience, a plusHealthcare benefits401k retirement plan with company matching**Physical Requirements**Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shiftor any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
