Retail Sales Technician (Electronic Repair)

Job Title Retail Sales Expert – Newport, KY Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $17 per hour plus unlimited sales incentives. Employees typically earn an additional $542 per month in incentives. Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming front‑line representative at the uBreakiFix store, delivering personalized, human‑centric customer experiences. Utilize communication skills to enhance the customer journey while applying the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upselling Asurion products & services. Work toward sales goals and promote additional service packages. Assist with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of customer electronic devices, learning technical details on the job. Support the dynamic retail environment as a team player, providing coverage and adapting to business demands. Consistently multitask across retail, technical, and sales functions. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales. Strong interpersonal skills that make customers feel heard, valued, and cared for.
