Lead Developer Java Spring Boot Microservices

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in Java and Spring Boot to drive microservice architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and ship new features.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Experience with Junit and performance test modules.
Maintain code quality and automation.
Implement security and data protection best practices.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with Java (8+ years) and Spring Boot (5+ years).
Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and design patterns.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and databases (NoSQL MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with reactive programming and Spring WebFlux.
Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh.
Understanding of Scaled Agile methodologies and project management tools.
