Lead Developer Java Spring Boot Microservices
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in Java and Spring Boot to drive microservice architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and ship new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Experience with Junit and performance test modules.
- Maintain code quality and automation.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Java (8+ years) and Spring Boot (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and databases (NoSQL MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with reactive programming and Spring WebFlux.
- Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh.
- Understanding of Scaled Agile methodologies and project management tools.
