JOB DUTIES:

Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, restrooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, offices, and common areas.

• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for performance of routine cleaning.
• Perform routine cleaning duties as needed, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal.
• Order supplies, using the proper approval process (PO's) and getting the proper approvals.

• Supervises all housekeeping employees. Evaluates and sets goals for the housekeeping team.

• Ensure all maintenance and special requests, complaints, or feedback from guests are communicated and dealt with in a timely manner
• Communicates with GMs and Club Managers to ensure cleanliness is to standards for all functions involving club buildings, PMG Homes and amenities.
• Controls expenses and minimizes waste within all areas of housekeeping.
• Keeps floors dry and reports spills immediately.
• Reports and follows up on all noted repairs made to equipment, club buildings, homes and amenities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, to be covered under company vehicle policy.
• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards, as applied to cleaning chemicals and compounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to calculate and measure and be able to ensure operation and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, supplies and tools
