We are a small town country store with moderate to high volume food/convenience business. Seeking day/night shift individuals Monday-Sunday, Part-Time, hours are flexible. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have previous food industry/customer service experience. Job responsibilities include manning the register, taking and preparing food orders, and prepping/closing down the kitchen. The right individual must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, while upholding a friendly and positive attitude. Hourly wage plus tips.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Cashier duties
- Prep/Close kitchen
Requirements
- Age of 18 years or older
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dietary needs and restrictions is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
