We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving CNC programs, using precision measurement, troubleshooting, and Mastercam tools. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for problem-solving, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, create, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software for various types of machines including but not limited to lathes, mills, and routers.
2. Use precision measurement tools to inspect and validate part dimensions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs.
4. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
6. Stay updated with the latest technology, techniques, and tools related to CNC programming and operation.
7. Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team as needed.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest changes to enhance product quality and productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficient in using Mastercam software for CNC programming.
3. Extensive experience with precision measurement tools.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex programming and machine issues.
5. Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixtures.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Familiarity with ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
10. A degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience is preferred.
