We are a small, family-owned law firm seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Paralegal to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional client service in a friendly, supportive, and professional work environment where every team member plays an important role in our success.
This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other professionals while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Required Experience
- Personal Injury experience is required
- Experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation
- Familiarity with medical records, medical summaries, demand packages, and case management
- Experience communicating with insurance companies, medical providers, and clients

Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury files from intake through resolution
- Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills
- Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
- Assist attorneys with litigation support, discovery, and trial preparation
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Perform general administrative and case management duties
